Learner Engagement & Motivation
I’m passionate about creating learning experiences that genuinely engage people — not just capture their attention, but help them feel connected, confident, and motivated. Whether through interactive elements, scenario‑based activities, or thoughtfully designed support tools, I focus on making learning intuitive and meaningful. My goal is to design experiences that resonate with diverse learners, build ownership in the process, and spark the kind of engagement that leads to real performance and growth.
Human Centered Design
Human‑centered design is at the core of how I approach learning. I’m passionate about creating experiences that feel intuitive, accessible, and genuinely supportive — solutions that meet learners where they are and guide them toward where they need to go. By applying HCD principles throughout discovery and design, I’m able to uncover real needs, reduce friction, and build learning that feels natural to navigate and meaningful to use.
This approach helps me create experiences that not only transfer knowledge, but also respect the learner’s time, context, and goals.
Data Before / Data After
I believe meaningful learning starts and ends with data. Understanding where learners are, what they need, and what success looks like allows me to design solutions that are targeted, relevant, and grounded in real performance goals. I use data throughout the process, from discovery to evaluation, to identify gaps, measure impact, and refine learning experiences over time.
This approach ensures that every solution is not only engaging, but also effective, purposeful, and aligned with organizational outcomes
Data Before / Data After
I believe it is important to use data to ensure the creation of engaging learning solutions which change behavior and increases the company's bottom line. I believe we must start with data; understand where we are and where we want to go; and, use that data to do full-scale evaluations on learning solutions.

I believe great learning doesn’t have to be expensive — it has to be intentional. I’m passionate about designing solutions that balance creativity with practicality, ensuring every decision supports both the learner experience and the organization’s goals. Whether I’m optimizing resources, simplifying processes, or choosing the right level of innovation for the need, I focus on creating learning that is effective, scalable, and financially responsible.
